Benjamin is a certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Property and Causality Underwriter, and has experience as both an attorney and adjuster within the insurance industry. Benjamin also worked in the finance sector for more than ten years and successfully established his own finance company. His hands-on-work experience allows for an insider's perspective when evaluating issues for his clients.
Benjamin was born and raised in the Low Country and is a graduate of Benedictine Military School, Savannah, Georgia. He obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration from Georgia State University, a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Phoenix, and he is an alumnus of Thomas G. Jones Law School. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor title and is a licensed attorney in Georgia, Florida, and the District of Columbia. During his legal studies, he put an emphasis on corporate business practices by focusing on Business Associations and Taxation. Further, his list of credentials includes an Alternative Dispute Resolution certification and mediation experience. He is a licensed mediator in both Georgia and Alabama.
Benjamin is an outdoorsman and accomplished marksman. He spends his free time scuba diving, trail riding, and hiking with his dog Gargamel, American Pit Bull rescue.
